AGREEMENT The information provided in this space is a legal and binding agreement between the applicant and the Webforce Ratings System creator NetData, Inc. By clicking on the "I AGREE" button, an electronic signature signifies the acceptance to the terms in this agreement. The electronic signature is a legal execution of this agreement. The applicant agrees to the following terms: TERMS 1. Information provided by using the Webforce Ratings System software becomes property of NetData, Inc. 2. The Webforce software shall not be copied or reproduced without permission of NetData, Inc. 3. The applicant does not own the Webforce software, but rather a license, entitling the intended and limited use of the software, further defined in the software License Agreement. NetData, Inc. is a Florida corporation its business address is at: 7832 Solar Place in Homosassa FL. The software is provided with no warranties expressed or implied. RESTRICTIONS 1. The applicant can not accept incentives or other gifts from companies to visit their sites for the sole purpose of tamporing with the rating system. 2. The applicant will not make known the status as "viewer" and upon acceptance to the Web-Force Ratings system shall not make any effort to broadcast the status of "viewer". 3. The applicant shall provide no statistics of this kind to any other company for the purpose of generating "ratings" or statistics.
